As a lifelong Bloomington resident, Natalie began her career in the real estate industry in 2012 in leasing and property management. She expanded into residential sales in 2016 and has sold over $36M in Monroe and surrounding counties.
Natalie’s husband, Ryan, was also raised in Bloomington and together they continue to build their own real estate investment portfolio. They have owned, managed, and sold investment, rental, and Airbnb properties since 2015.
When they are not working, Ryan and Natalie are focused on raising their beautiful son and daughter together.

Andy Lynch has an extensive career in the real estate industry stretching across almost 40 years with 200 Million in sales. He currently specializes in the construction of large custom homes located at Charlestowne Manor in Bloomington, IN.
Richard Von

As a licensed agent with over 10 million dollars in sales and construction experience he offers a unique perspective on every listing. Richard and his wife Laura started Von Haus in 2020 and quickly built it into Monroe County’s leading real estate media company. In 2023 Richard decided to get his real estate license, he went on to sell 8 million dollars of real estate in his first year. He possessed unique skills to showcase a variety of real estate projects with over 15 years of photography, videography and design experience. The extensive connections that he built at Von Haus provide him with a variety of creative solutions for every real estate challenge.
Laura Von

With 15 years of media experience Laura and her husband Richard built Von Haus, the top real estate media company in Monroe County. After 4 years of specializing in real estate media she is excited to grow Von Haus into a real estate technology company and looks forward to empowering every Red Chair agent and client with a growing knowledge of marketing and media.
Lyndsey Abdelkader

Lyndsey has called Bloomington home for more than 25 years, building deep roots in the community along the way. She is an IU graduate, a mom of two very active kids, and has been helping clients navigate real estate for over four years.

Originally from Illinois, Ashlyn has called Bloomington home since 2015 and truly loves being part of this community. She is a wife, mama of three, photographer and real estate agent who is passionate about helping her clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the buying or selling process.

Outside of real estate, you can find her hiking, climbing, traveling to new cities and national parks or meeting someone for a coffee date.

Born and raised in California, Aleka has called Bloomington home since 2018. She is a proud mom to one daughter at Bloomington South, has two bonus adult kids, and is also the owner of She Means Business, a local women's networking community built around support, encouragement, and connection.
